BOOKING ENQUIRIES

The calendar provides an accurate guide to availability. However, availability can change at any time. Therefore all enquiries will be confirmed by us via email. Please either submit the enquiry form or email your enquiry to us at hello@villadrupadi16.com. Minimum stay 3 nights. Bookings during peak season, the rates will vary.

PROPERTY CAPACITY

Our property has a maximum allowable capacity which needs to be strictly adhered to. Children in traveling cots or cribs are not counted as part of the allowable numbers.
Our villa A holds 7 guests, with a maximum of 8 guests (with one rollout bed).
Our villa B holds 8 guests, with a maximum of 10 guests (with 2 rollout beds in the lounge area).

SOLE USE OF THE PROPERTY

Our property is rented as a unit to only one party at a time. It is not possible to rent individual rooms.

CHECKING IN & OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 2.00pm.

Check-out time is at 11.00am.

Should you require a late check in or late check out.

Please email us your request.

Late check in after 10.00 p.m will incur a $35 USD fee. Where possible, we will try and accommodate your requests.

ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY

Your host will meet you at the property to let you in.

CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA BEDS

We welcome children under the age of 18 as long as they are accompanied by an adult guardian, but we cannot assume any responsibility for their safety whilst on the properties.

COT AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY

The price is in USD. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The maximum capacity of cots, extra beds and children allowed in existing beds may vary depending on the option you book. All cots and beds are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Timely correspondence in this regard will be sent to you.
Incidental costs should be settled by the guests in local currency or AUD dollars on check-out.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is via PayPal or a transfer into our bank account.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you may use your credit card. Details of how to complete payment will be provided with your booking quote.

BOND

We charge a $200 bond per villa for the duration of your stay. The bond is refunded after check out is completed and may take a few days to be refunded to your card/account.

a 90% refund of the deposit if they cancel more than 12 weeks before check-in
a 75% refund of the deposit if they cancel 8-12 weeks before check-in
a 50% refund of the deposit if they cancel 6-8 weeks before check-in
a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel 3-6 weeks or less before check-in
No refund of the deposit if they cancel 3 weeks before check-in

Paid rental amounts for cancellations will be refunded if the villa can be rebooked for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. The guest is liable for the PayPal or bank fees charged for a refund.
It is highly recommended that all guests take travel insurance to cover the eventuality of a cancellation.
